Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My organization uses Miro for nearly everything we do, from product roadmapping to consumer journeys to brainstorms to information sorting to analysis and synthesis to collaboration. We find the interface very useful for visual diagramming and making sense of large amounts of information simultaneously. What we find useful is the ability to synthesize and present information simultaneously.

Pros

  • Visual display of information.
  • Freeform arrangement of information.
  • Collaboration.

Cons

  • It's hard to find old Miros. I think organization could be much better.
  • Exporting often is useless because the words are too small to read, even in PDF.
  • I would appreciate an "unlock this item" button instead of unlocking everything.
  • Improved project outcomes from information visualization and synthesis.
  • Frictionless collaboration.
  • Flexible means of collaborating and storing information.
Was not involved with implementation.
I want a better Excel integration.
It's been critical for WFH and for collaborating with people across the globe.
No other experience.
