Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for interactive (remote and onsite) workshops with clients. But more importantly, I use it to keep track of projects by copying all the input there and completely working within the Miro board for the duration of the project. This way, the board becomes an overview of the project at any time and acts as a "one source of truth."

Pros

  • Brainstorming and deciding on ideas.
  • Collecting data.
  • Visualizing ideas.
  • Collaborating in 2D.

Cons

  • Could be even more accessible for first-time users.
  • Not a great fit for iPad users without the app.
  • AI feature for post-its not really helpful.
  • Number of remote workshop bookings improved.
  • Clients prefer to work with me if I can provide the Miro board.
Miro can be implemented with all the "usual suspects" that bring their API, like Google Drive, Slack, etc.
If your admin allows you to use the APIs of your existing tech stack, it should be easy.
It made collaboration across teams and with clients easier. In addition to collaborating remotely, people can now also better collaborate with a time delay, thanks to features like the talk track!
Miro is the most feature-heavy tool and, therefore, my favorite.
