Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a great product for brainstorming and conducting design thinking workshops. We used it to gather our thoughts and strategize.
Pros
- It helps you organize your thoughts.
- It visualises your ideas and provides a framework for an action plan.
- The best part is that it's easy to use when putting design thoughts into action.
Cons
- AI part is still not easy to use.
- Sometimes, things get messy.
- The zooming is still limited and at times makes it irritating.
- It's difficult to calculate that but it does save a lot of time which is money.
- It helps in project completion as everything is at one place.
- It also gives the client a tool to collaborate which is again a good return.
It has improved internal and external collaboration. The first step for any initiative is to create a Miroboard.
