Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am collaborating on different tasks. Miro allows me to plan our teamwork for a sprint. I am a researcher, and I collect data from user interviews. Then, I work on the collected data to find insights and combine them together. Then, I share the results with my PO and team.

Pros

  • Collaborating on tasks together at the same time.
  • Brainstorms with other team members.
  • Collecting data at one place.
  • Templates for different types of work.

Cons

  • Automated sticker notes translations to different languages for free.
  • Automated copied from another board content scaling.
  • Board cleaning or achieving tool. After a while boards become heavy and hard to navigate.
  • The tool is used to combine relative boards in one place. Sometimes I lose some boards and can't find it.
  • Reduce time on creating a template to collect data.
  • No limits on how you combine thing on the board, faster setup for brainstorming.
  • AI-generated conclusions make it easier to analyze data collected from my respondents.
It took me a couple of clicks to integrate with Slack.
We work from different places, and it is the best tool for collaboration since it is easy for everyone to understand how to work on a whiteboard. No extra explanations are needed. We can work as if we were in the same room.

It is the best tool for cooperation in the world. It is the best tool for working on the same project, and it is easy to share content with others. My favorite feature is Talktrack, which explains your work details. Since I am a researcher, I need to make prototypes and share them with my respondents. It is hard to do with Miro.
