Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

Lead Forensics is a great platform that helps inform us about potential prospects, track the interests of clients, and even the things on our site that the competition are fixated on!

With so much activity online, it helps validate what is working well and what isn't by triangulating the range of solutions and activities we conduct around market engagement and how these are effective in reaching our desired audience - or not.

The Lead Forensics team put up with a lot! It can't be easy chasing clients to try and get them to better apply the different features of the platform to the benefit of their pipeline, but they are always courteous and giving of their time to help us engage fully with the tool.

Like every tool in the box, it is only as good as the effort put in to learn to use it with skill and accuracy. I certainly consider Lead Forensics a valuable solution in our efforts to engage our chosen markets effectively.

Pros

  • Imports a company's pre-existing data lists
  • Has intuitive reporting
  • Is an easy to access and quick to understand interface
  • Is great for helping understand corporate website functionality better

Cons

  • More suggestions really - I would like SMS or WhatsApp alerts
  • It could be more in your face or have that option
  • Does it have a video channel for refresher training?
  • The positive impact is in our mindset, it makes us sit up and get on with sales strategy.
It has a clean interface and that in of itself makes it a very usable and effective tool.With small teams, knowing we can all gather around a teams call to do some analyses with the Lead Forensics account manager is always a good exercise that stimulates our thinking and ideas about what other activities we should try to get the best results.

If you want to understand if the things you're doing in the market place are improving your audience reach, then Lead Forensics is a great tool. It's all very well to network, email, win awards and so on, but you will want to address any inconsistency in how effective outreach activities are. Lead Forensics is great for this.
