Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

We set out to find a customer satisfaction survey solution for our ticketing system and were pleasantly surprised by what Jotform has to offer. What we find really useful is the ability to pass information such as the ticket number to a hidden field on the form, which allows us to better track survey submissions. We also like that data can be pulled through an API, and we plan on using this for advanced reporting.

Pros

  • Information can be sent to any field using a URL.
  • Data can be accessed via an API.
  • Tables can be shared with other Jotform accounts.

Cons

  • Certain columns are automatically colour-coded on tables, and to my knowledge, it is not possible to modify those colours.
  • A view or page that shows recent submissions and is optimised for a wallboard in an office would be nice to have.
  • Helpdesk staff are more motivated to provide a good customer experience.
  • Customers who are not satisfied with our service can be identified, after which we can take the necessary steps to address any issues.
Jotform's free tier seems stronger than some of the entry-level tiers of other products, which is why we decided to test it.

Jotform ticks most of our boxes in terms of customer satisfaction survey submissions, but we would need to put some work into advanced reports with the help of API access.

We're also glad that the ability to share tables with other Jotform accounts has been beneficial for you. With regard to your concerns, we do not currently have an option to change the column color, but it is possible to change the color of some of the field values such as checkbox and radio button columns, and it is customizable. We also have an Inbox feature that shows a single page view of your form submission, where new submissions are placed to the top.
