Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used this site to turn a pdf permission slip into an electronic signing form for 15+ ppl. It prevented each of the users from ahving to print and submit the form to me. It also helped me easily track the completion of each.

The site is super easy to set up and the users were able to complete it very quickly. I highly recommend this site. So long paper and pen signing!
