Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
We use Jotform for our Purchase Order approvals, team member staff files and basic CRM database. We found that Jotform provides easy to use platforms to help us manage traditional pen and paper admin functions in an efficient electronic format. We started using the basic functions and are now working more with some advanced functions that Jotform has to streamline our administrative work.
Pros
- Electronic staff file - team member database that can fit in with BCE requirements in South Africa
- Streamlining basic approval processes for Purchase Orders
Cons
- Animate the approval process flow so a user can see what actions will take place. The linear diagram does give a great visual representation. I usually have to do a few test runs to check how the approval process works in real time.
- If you have multiple pages in a form, you can't preview the pages directly. You need to first enter data on the preview form before going to the next page.
