Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It's being used by the marketing department. We use it as our marketing software to measure our digital marketing efforts, as well as some offline activities. It's our database for our lead-generation efforts as well as our tool to post on our social media and send our marketing emails.

Pros

  • Easy to use. Very intuitive. Great for people that don't know anything about coding.
  • Almost everything that you need and want to do is possible with HubSpot. Very complete platform.
  • There is always someone from customer support to help you. They always answer quickly and provide excellent answers/feedback.

Cons

  • Sometimes filters for lists take too long to set up; they could be less repetitive.
  • You should be able to merge companies; even if Salesforce is connected.
  • Let us have more than 20 reports per dashboards.
  • Better tracking of marketing efforts.
  • Better nurturing of leads generated via online efforts.
  • Better association of deals/opportunities with leads coming from online efforts.
The most user-friendly platform there is. Very intuitive. I love that anyone that goes into HubSpot immediately knows how to use it, even if they've never had any experience with it. You don't need to be an expert to use it correctly, or know anything about coding because it's not necessary. I also love that there is always someone there to help you if you have any questions about how to do something.
In our company, Sales uses Salesforce, while Marketing uses HubSpot. We integrated the two platforms to send and receive information between them. It has been great because now it's easier to track marketing efforts and tie them to monetary deals and opportunities. Before the integration, we used to have all of our data (marketing) in HubSpot, but it was impossible for us to track actual results because there was no way for us to see if we were generating any revenue with our efforts. With the integration with Salesforce, now we can see a pipeline and see what works and what doesn't.
Mailchimp was basically used only for marketing email creation. In HubSpot, marketing emails are just a small part of all of the capabilities that the platform has. Although Mailchimp is really easy to use (just like HubSpot), I think that HubSpot is a more complete platform because you can do and manage everything there. While with Mailchimp, that would be one of the many platforms you would have to use for all of your marketing efforts.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

The best CRM out there. Easy to use, very intuitive. Perfect for someone that doesn't know anything about coding. I love that everything is drag and drop. I can't think of a scenario where HubSpot wouldn't be a good option for any company (capability-wise). When it comes to cost, it can be extremely expensive for small/medium companies. The free/cheaper options are too limited for the small companies, so there aren't a lot of reasons to choose HubSpot when what they'll be receiving is basically nothing.
