Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong helped us track the conversations our sales teams were having. It also helped find the issues that users were experiencing in these calls by transcribing their entire conversations. It also provided real-time stats we could use, like how many times certain words were used or if they were using phrases we did not want to be used. It recorded every conversation and transcribed it.

Gong played a vital role in identifying when sales were being lost in the process and also how they were being lost. What phrases turned clients away, and what phrases led to closing? It was able to determine where deals got lost in the process and notify when they were being neglected.
Not really, since the market is very new; however, it did help with insight into our team's performance and our in-house statistics and showed insight into ways to improve.
