Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record calls primarily with prospects and customers. It allows us to train salespeople to better and more easily understand customer feedback.
Pros
- Records calls.
- Generates transcripts.
- Generates recaps and highlights.
Cons
- Integrations.
- Time savings on sharing customer feedback.
- Easier to escalate customer issues.
The insights Gong provides and great to remind myself what I discussed with a customer on a previous call, saving time from revisiting previously discussed topics.
It's really easy to pull snippets of calls when customers share feedback to get the product team aligned with what's happening in the market.
