Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong in different ways: manage pipeline, review demo/ discovery calls, and forecast deals. Gong gives us more visibility of what's going on with each deal so we can give feedback to our AEs when we think a deal might fall through. We also use previously recorded discovery calls to train new reps.

The team is able to get feedback on whether they spoke too much or too little and if they didn't know enough to listen to the prospect's needs.
