We use e-automate for our business software - general ledger, all A/R and A/P, inventory. It provides a format for the accounting of all of our business practices. We use it everyday in every facet of our business.

The benefit is invaluable in the respect that we can easily look up history on any machine, see what work has been done or how much toner/supplies a customer uses in a given time period. Definitely meets our needs.
It's terrific, what we were looking for. Before we started using e-automate, we did much of the work manually. At the end of the month, I sent everything to an accountant to generate a general ledger. Now, the last day of the month all I have to do is generate a Income Statement and Balance Sheet with just running a quick report. We are aware of our profit/loss immediately.
We are using the cloud. We started ECI Webhosting last October, we have had very few problems with that system. Most of the problems we have had were when they did an update. Support is good, training is great. We dont have to worry about having the current version or doing updates, buying servers with more memory, etc.

We have the support level where we are contacted back within 48 hours. We have no problem with that.
