For the most part, it's user-friendly if you know how to navigate the program. Otherwise, if you have a problem and need help, it does take a representative a couple of days to get back to you on the issue you're having. I would say it is a space saver.

The business that we are in works well for our company due to having copiers and printers and us needing to enter meters. Also, it helps with dispatching calls, sending invoices out to all of our customers, and paying invoices to our vendors.

We are able to put contracts as well as all of our customers and the printers and copiers they use in the system. They also have space to put the toners and the copiers for each of the toners that the copiers go with, which also saves time. Thank you.
It has had an excellent impact. However, when we do the RTV orders, for some reason, when we have a faulty cartridge, it messes up the inventory, and we can't figure out how to fix it. I have previously answered this question in the other comments as well.
I'm not sure I wasn't in this company with the previous software that was used. But I'm sure that the old software didn't hold up because they were shopping elsewhere, and that is why they chose e-automate. I have used other programs in the past at previous places, and this one seems to work well.

We use automation in our business for all departments, from billing to dispatching to inventory and order processing. EAutomate has helped streamline our business in so many ways. For us, the most helpful feature has been the billing. Its ability to integrate with KFS and other meter reading services and even leasing companies has drastically streamlined our processes. The automatic payments that can be accepted through Net1 through Eautomate have benefited us and our customers. Eautomate has been a game changer in the most positive way for us and our customers.

We use e-automate for all our billing and accounting needs, which has been the most helpful. I can't express enough how it has eased the burden of monthly billing. One area of e-automate we do not use is the sales platform, so I can not speak to its ability.

The contract management has been beneficial. I enjoy the ease of seeing all the contract information at once. I can even check how much of the contract has been used and run a report to check whose contract has expired by date or meter. It is nice to be able to run a report and address all the contract expirations at once.
The integration of e-automate in all departments has helped with the cross-communication between departments. It helps us keep each other accountable in a non-confrontational manner.
When we first got e-automate, we had the on-premise version. About two years ago, we upgraded to the cloud version, and we loved it! Being able to use it anywhere versus only when at the office has been so helpful. We love the cloud version and the support that comes with it.
The price of Sales Force is a lot. It does have a lot of integration, but you have to pay for all of that, and at the end of the day, it was going to be too expensive and not as streamlined specifically to our industry as e-automate.

We use e-automate for our business software - general ledger, all A/R and A/P, inventory. It provides a format for the accounting of all of our business practices. We use it everyday in every facet of our business.

Well, it is very well suited for us being industry specific. We can generate service calls, and complete them with invoicing. Keeping up with parts through the service calls is extemely helpful. Easy to use and navigate. Generating and completing service calls is probably the easiest of all the modules we use.

The benefit is invaluable in the respect that we can easily look up history on any machine, see what work has been done or how much toner/supplies a customer uses in a given time period. Definitely meets our needs.
It's terrific, what we were looking for. Before we started using e-automate, we did much of the work manually. At the end of the month, I sent everything to an accountant to generate a general ledger. Now, the last day of the month all I have to do is generate a Income Statement and Balance Sheet with just running a quick report. We are aware of our profit/loss immediately.
We are using the cloud. We started ECI Webhosting last October, we have had very few problems with that system. Most of the problems we have had were when they did an update. Support is good, training is great. We dont have to worry about having the current version or doing updates, buying servers with more memory, etc.

CRM to help manage daily orders, purchasing, sales, inventory and invoicing. The search features are adequate for certain thing. Other things it seems to make you "dig deeper" to find something. E.g. If I searched for a Serial Number in the parts module it may find it in the parts module. However if the serial number is not in the parts module for some reason, but in the service ticket module the search will not find it. SO you have to open the service module and search again.

Great for sales and invoicing. Inventory tracking easier once a scanner is installed. Not so great for service tickets and detailed engineering. Crystal Reports are dated and should stay in the 2000s. Easier reporting without having to add on applications. e.g. add a canner but have to add a 3rd part software. Would prefer more of an "all in one"

Easy to track. Click the module and all contracts are listed with as much detail as we add. We do not offer too many contracts but the ones we do offer, ECI has helped us manage them better. Compared to other CRMs the interface on the mobile devices should be more in line with the latest mobile applications.
One system makes it easy to maintain. However, relying on one piece of software is always a challenge. Challenge if the eci cloud goes down....which it is has gone down at least 4 times I can remember since I have been using it over the last 5 years. The support chat box is a noticeable improvement the last time I used it.
Cloud. Benefits: I can access it from anywhere. Issues: if the cloud goes down I am in trouble regardless of where I am using the software. Once cloud is down or other issue the help desk, and now the chat, has been helpful. However the turnaround time is usually 24 hrs.
D3M allows for granular detail with diagrams, pictures, plans and layouts. The template for sales quotes in D3M are very helpful to save time. D3M is easy to manage and use. Ideal for smaller organizations and teams.
D3M will allow for customization with company logo, phone numbers, pictures, margin analysis, etc.
