Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Connect

Dialpad Connect is our phone system for everyone in the office and we also use it for our internal communication. We find it very easy to transfer calls to another staff member, with ease.

Pros

  • Internal meetings
  • Client communication via text
  • Receiving bank verification codes

Cons

  • Being able to schedule messages in a channel
  • We eliminated Slack and went strictly with Dialpad Connect for our internal communication
We haven't had any issues with it to give it a different rating.
We canceled Slack for our internal communication and meetings
