Conductor helps us manage our keywords and how they rank in the search engines. It allows us to manage our multiple brands and multiple websites in one convenient location. We can monitor how we are ranking and optimize our websites to perform better for our targeted keywords.
Pros
- One of Conductor's strengths is the user-friendly interface. It is easy to navigate to find the information you need.
- Another strength is the ability to create custom reports that can be emailed to various people throughout your organization. You can create one report for the president and a different one for the marketing manager - customizing the information that is important to share with each of them.
- Another strength is being able to set goals and monitor how our sites are performing for those goals in one convenient place.
Cons
- I haven't found any missing functionality at this point. They add new features as necessary and keep up to date on the latest trends in content marketing.
- Managing keywords and content in order for those people who are searching for our keywords to find the information they need from us and not our competitors.
- Better customer service.
- Provide better content on all our websites and help us from competing against ourselves.
- BrightEdge and Moz
Conductor provides a variety of tools within their software that covers all our needs. Their customer service is the best I have seen from any technology company. They are always on the cutting-edge when it comes to innovations and latest product development.
