Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use Cisco Webex App for internal communication, meetings and messaging. Some issues we have faced are finding the settings for configurations (users), and some issues being reported were username and passwords not being saved.

Pros

  • Call clarity and quality is great
  • Customer Service Support is fast
  • Chat and messaging features work seamlessly
  • Automatic status updates is great too.
  • Screen sharing is great and fast

Cons

  • Better integration into Outlook
  • Username and Passwords being forgotten by the software
  • Lack of alerts when getting an incoming call
  • It has made internal communication easier, faster and more reliable.
  • Constant troubleshooting/configuration is needed to keep it running smoothly.
  • Video and call quality and dependability is great
We did not really have any issues with implementation of our Cisco Webex. Our users like its functionality and efficiency.
It makes our daily meetings very easy to manage. With all the features it comes with, like note taking and transcriptions, it makes it easier to keep a tab on what everyone is saying.
Increased productivity when working remotely, better communication with co-workers, cost saving features and more.
Webex is a lot more secure and you get more for the money, Enhanced security protocols and integrations with other systems, feature-packed and ease of use.

To me is an excellent choice for personal and enterprise level communication. Works well, it does the job. Call and Video quality is great (depending on your internet connection), and it's compatibility is great too. However, with this being said, it is more appropriate and more reliable to use it for work related meetings and calls because of its price and features. It is not well suited for personal occasional use.

Cisco Webex Experience

We have combined it with our Cisco VOIP system for calling. It provides quick and efficient calling along with great security.
Webex has a reputation for being a little less user-friendly for your average joe. We like all the robust features and security it provides us with.
With all the free and paid features Webex has provided us with, we have increased our productivity and efficiency when it comes to note taking in our meetings, noise cancelling features, and great audio and video quality at full HD.

Webex App Reliability

Because of all the features it comes with, including real time translations, the ability to hold large sessions at the same time, record meetings, and screen sharing. All of these features allows us to be efficient and productive.
Yes, we are happy that we can depend on Webex for our Audio and Video calling needs.
On standalone it works fine, it used to consume a considerable amount of system resources in the past, but with updates and upgrades, this has improved quite a lot. As far as integrations with other systems, we have not come across any critical issues with the app.
