Overall Satisfaction with BigTime Software
We use BigTime Software firm-wide primarily for time tracking, invoicing, reporting, and some higher-level project management. It also assists us by providing information for payroll. Previously, we used a modular system that was not cohesive. BigTime Software provides us a solution all under one roof and creates easy pathways for us to invoice our clientele.
Pros
- Specific project-based time tracking
- Invoicing based on detailed time entries that assimilate into personalized template invoices
- The in-product customer service chat is extremely helpful and the representatives are knowledgable
Cons
- The project management side of the software is really clunky
- Certain batch changes to the clients and/or projects are not available
- When changing staffer rates, the unbilled time and expenses can fluctuate if you're not careful

BigTime Software blows Zoho out of the water because it's all in one place and the customer service is 1000x better than Zoho. It's easy to get answers and understand where the problem is and how to fix it. Zoho was confusing, didn't communicate well between modules, and the customer service was terrible.
