Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I use Bigin by Zoho CRM and recommend it to all of my clients for managing sales processes and customer records. A major business problem that it solves is implementing a company's first CRM. It's simple enough to be very intuitive and easy to learn, but also configurable enough to be highly customizable.

Pros

  • Managing opportunities through the various stages of the sale
  • Easy configuration
  • Simple and intuitive

Cons

  • Make 'Status' a standard contact and company field with Suspect, Prospect, Investigator, Evaluator, Buyer and Other as default options.
  • It allows me to quickly and affordably implement a CRM - which is a requirement.
  • It is affordable and easy to use, so I can recommend it to my clients and support those who choose to adopt Bigin by Zoho CRM with much more detailed and specific support and training.
Simpler, lighter, easier to adopt, and less expensive. These are the main reasons Bigin by Zoho CRM is a solution that I use and recommend.

I am a product coach and I mostly work with early stage startups. Most do not have a CRM -- they might be using spreadsheets or Google contacts. I think Bigin by Zoho CRM is ideally suited for companies who are starting with their first CRM. At a certain company size, it may be necessary for a company to graduate to a larger, more complex, solution.
