Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We are a Start-Up that uses Forms on our website to offer Free Templates to build our email mail list.

Our goal with a CRM was to find a cheap, simplified CRM which had simple form/automation capabilities
and then sales pipeline/contact management.

Bigin by Zoho CRM also has great support which is very responsive and helpful.

Pros

  • Flow Automation
  • Contact Management
  • Pipeline Management

Cons

  • Webhooks - was removed! In my opinion, trying to push customers to use Zoho CRM.
  • It is Cheap - great for our budget!
  • Simple to use - our team has readily used it
It is cheaper - so as expected less feature rich!
