Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We use Bigin by Zoho CRM to keep track of Leads on new clients and sales. This way the entire company knows exactly who spoke to the clients last, about what and also what the status is on their packages with us. Once we have signed a new client and mark them as WON then the Onboarding department gets a automatic email to let them know that there is a new client they must reach out to and start the onboarding process.

  • Have the loading of Contacts and Companies in the same tab.
  • Better than using any spreadsheet model
  • Tracking staff actions
day and night difference. you cannot compare the one with the other. Bigin by Zoho CRM is miles ahead.

If you deal with Sales or in anyway directly with clients then Bigin by Zoho CRM will be a good tool to have. If you have a team and need to track projects across departments then this will also be a good fit for you. Its very diverse and can almost work for any business with more than 3 Staff members I think.
