Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I am currently a one man band organisation and Bigin by Zoho CRM has helped me track my clients and partnerships with ease. The set up has been simple and the free version allows me to grow steadily without worrying about outgoings, while also allowing me to scale when the time comes. The features are everything I need, from tags, email integration and integrating with other Zoho apps, I can manage my whole business through the one system. Couldn't recommend higher.

  • It has increased my awareness of clients engagement and reminded me to follow up and connect with clients
Bigin by Zoho CRM is a better starting point for new businesses. It can scale and you can easily transfer to Zoho CRM if you want down the track as you scale.
