Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
We use it for the following:
- Storing delicate employee's documents such as T4s and Background checks
- For onboarding tasks
- For job postings
- For PTO requests
The main business problem for our company that BambooHR tackles really well is the need for having a platform where all of the HR tools can be found, and that it is easy to use. The learning curve on BambooHR is not that big. It is also affordable, as a small business we don't have a big budget for softwares and tools. However, once we started using BambooHR we noticed the importance and how useful it is. Now we cannot operate without it.

- There should be an option of deleting an employee if you make a mistake
- Easier to find and generate org chart
- Easier way to organize reporting structures
- It has considerably lowered our expenses in HR Admin staff implementing processes. Things that would take 4 hours before now take no time as BambooHR does it automatically.
- It has saved the Managerial Team a lot of time on compliance documents
- It has saved several hundreds of dollars on storage space and on documents location tracking.
It has accurate provided a clear view on how much vacation time a staff has left and has used.
This is very important in our company as we have different employees with different PTO policies, depending on their start date, type of employee, etc.
I would say it would be great to have a more clear view of the org chart.
