Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

BambooHR is easy to use and allows staff to submit leave and for exec team to run plenty of reports. It is functionally really well. Unfortunately, it does not capture the Australian policies (such as leave) which makes it tricky. This requires manual adjustments and takes up time. Otherwise, BambooHR is quite good and very user-friendly!

Very user friendly platform. Navigation is easy and the system is logical.
Support has generally been really good. I always get a response within 24hrs. I have noticed that some staff are more knowledgeable than others. I had inquired about an account set up issue and 2 different staff followed up with me. One had no clue what was happening and asked a bunch of questions to understand the situation, the other one knew exactly how to troubleshoot and avoid the issue in future.
Reporting is great. Very functional. I think some execs have more report access than me (admin). This sometimes makes it tricky to assist my manager in pulling a report - they have to do it themselves.
BambooHR is much more user friendly. Easier to navigate and populate. EH is good for AU market and I think has a lot of functionality - but, I say good luck finding what you're looking for!
