Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I personally use Acumatica for sales and purchasing. I also train new hires on how our system works. Some of the problems we run into are inventory tracking and reporting. Kit processing has also been a challenge due to our ever changing customer requirements.

Having more visibility of sales history has allowed us to better plan for stock outages and constant increasing costs.
Our company is multi faceted with a large number of customer specific requests. Acumatica allows us to tackle those specific customer needs at every level.
