Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use it to manage AP & AR, shipping and customer analysis. We service both Health Clinics and Consumers storing their reproductive tissue. We need to be able to analyze both clinic data and metrics and customer data, churn and metrics. Clients have small and large churn ratios. We also have to manage HIPAA data and sensitive health information, as well as reproductive tissue information. We have 10 SKUS, but every "piece" of inventory is unique.

We have real-time information on inventory and shipping processes as well as sensitive HIPAA data for clients. Clinic and Consumers are the two paths of analysis we are tracking. We have done some POWERBI reporting of metrics as well.
HIPAA controls and privacy of data are very important for our needs. We have to follow specific regulatory QA processes for reproductive tissue. Customer management and privacy as well as full pipeline transparency.
