Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS
We use Absorb to host the internal and external training of our software.
Pros
- Uses the latest version of Articulate 360 SCORM packets.
- Ease of creating user accounts.
- Customization of Learner Portal.
Cons
- More out-of-the-box reporting functionality without having to pay for an upgraded version.
- The ability to control client Admin permissions better. Some permissions are lumped with others. I would like to see them all individually so that we have more control over what our clients have access to.
- Better instructions on how to manually import users.
- Streamlined Employee Training.
- Improved learner course completion.
- Social Learning (Absorb Engage)
We recently launched an Employee Certification Program, and the leaderboards were a huge benefit to course completion as we have a competitive group of employees.
I am not a part of the decision making process of selecting an LMS.
