Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb to distribute e-learning courses and use Absorb to our partner organizations for their learning needs.

Pros

  • Mass integration between our Ultipro system.
  • Making auto generated excel reports.
  • Access to Absorb academy with help troubleshooting various issues.

Cons

  • A better way to help users understand SCORM conversion.
  • Explaining how to use the calendar widget.
  • Maybe a video of creating some basic custom dashboards.
  • At this moment my organization cannot answer this question.
  • Content Libraries (Absorb Amplify or 3rd Party Libraries)
I think the support for Absorb when inputting a ticket could be more prompt.
