Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We utilize Absorb LMS to create custom education-based courses for our industry partners and professionals in our field. By utilizing Absorb LMS we have been able to expand these offerings from an initial 1 curriculum, to now, where we are nearing the launch of more than 10 curricula.

Pros

  • Customer Service - Our CSM, Kirsten Spak, provides friendly, timely and high quality help and has helps us to understand and efficiently use the system.
  • Course Creation - We have been able to create custom courses with a wide range of features, including branding, audio, video and assessments.
  • Reporting - Absorb LMS offers a robust reporting function which allows us to understand our users and meet the needs of our partners when user information is required for their projects.

Cons

  • Certificate downloads - We had hoped to be able to download all certificates related to a given course as a bulk download, however, this was not an available function. However, our CSM did help to identify a workaround for this situation.
  • Large improvement in learner engagement for professionals within our field.
  • Competitive pricing for nonprofit partners.
  • Increased capabilities have facilitated new ideas on how we can connect and support various types of stakeholders in our community.

  • Reporting & Insights (Absorb Analyze or Absorb Amplify Direct)
Absorb Create allows us to make customized courses to fit the needs of our partners - including specific branding and assessments. The reporting and insights capabilities ensure that our partners have the necessary information on their users to ensure requirements are being met.
Our CSM, Kirsten Spak, has provided us with high quality and timely assistance on numerous occasions. This help, and knowing that Kirsten is available to help, makes our administration much more simple and less stressful. Specific support that we have received includes, dashboard and course design, reporting, and group of users.
