Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb to deliver online and scheduled training to employees within our dealer network. The platform hosts various training modules, ranging from technical to soft skills.

Pros

  • Uploading of course material.
  • Has a great knowledge bank to refer to.
  • Easy to navigate.

Cons

  • I believe the reporting side of things could be done a lot better.
  • Offer more how to videos to assist with the knowledge bank they have.
  • Absorb has helped us track the number of staff members in the network and whether they are qualified.
  • Onboarding process has become more efficient.
  • Content Creation (Absorb Create)
Always there offering me support when I need it and is a great help with representing the company and its values.
