Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

OTEC provides workforce development and training to the Tourism and Hospitality sector. We are specialists in providing training to hotels, restaurants, destinations, attractions, venues and tourism organizations. To enable our clients to access the wide array of training we have available, we need a modern, effective, engaging, but simple to use LMS. Absorb LMS is the vehicle we use to provide our products and services to the Tourism and Hospitality sectors.

Pros

  • Simple but engaging for learners

  • A really committed support team. Always available and no question is too trivial.
  • Adaptability to meet the needs of a wide and varied audience

The Support Team at Absorb are fantastic. No question is too trivial, all enquiries are handled really promptly and deftly. Even when it's clearly user error!!
Absorb LMS has all the functionality that is now expected from a premier LMS. But it also has superb customer support. At a fair price point

OTEC uses Absorb LMS as a B2B tool. It is the interface through which we direct all our online learning and shortly all instructor led learning too. It is easy to set up, administer and is really intuitive. Therefore clients can easily provide access to OTEC's training to their employees. Though OTEC also uses Absorb LMS as an internal tool, it's primary function is to enable us to host and share OTEC's training (be it eLearning, Instructor Led or a blend of the two) to other businesses. We can even white label it for them! With a varied set of clients and therefore a really diverse group of users, reporting functionality is very important to OTEC. Not a problem with Absorb LMS! Some of the best reporting options that I have seen in the back end of an LMS. And none of it is hidden - it's easy to find.

OTEC has included Support within it's Absorb package. The L&D Team is small and agile with a large number of clients and learners. Therefore it was important to the organization to have Absorb's support expertise to allow OTEC to provide the best learning environment for clients and learners
The team had to migrate multiple legacy LMSs into Absorb. This needed to be completed within a matter of weeks during set up of the platform and for multiple periods in the following months. The support provided by the Absorb team was excellent - clear, timely, thorough and reassuring

Using Absorb LMS

Is really easy to use for both learners and admins. It's intuitive. Everything is where you would expect it to be and the user interface is clean, clear and simple. Bravo
