I've used it at several different conferences and I get a ton more out of the conference when it is used. For example:<br>1) Meetups with colleagues and customers<br>2) Contact information and notes about conversations are easily captured<br>3) Customers are more apt to stop by booth when they are fulfilling the passport requirements for a free prize.<br>4) I can start a discussion on a topic to see who in the conference is most interested and target them for in person discussions.<br>5) Too many to list.....<br><br>

I had the pleasure of using the Whova app while attending the 2024 [...] in Montreal. The Whova app was a wonderful enhancement to the in-person experience at the conference. I was able to seamlessly access important information like wifi passwords and location info, plan my conference agenda which synced automatically to my calendar, and connect with folks I met and networked with through the app. It also allows me to access all the conference materials centrally after the fact without having to mine my inbox or email presenters. By far, one of the nicest professional development experiences I've had. Thanks Whova!!

We used Whova for SEO Estonia, and it was, by far, the best event app I've ever used. It had everything, while also keeping it short and straight to the point. WebSummit, MWC, GITEX, all of these huge events were lacking in this department. The highlight for me was the "web app", where I could see the attendees over my laptop. For any sales roles, this is a huge help across the outreaching process.

Howdy! I was first introduced to the Whova application for the [...] conference held in Arlington, TX. It is a way to see the details of the conference itinerary, questions, and basically the entire even from your phone! I can see the photos without asking them to send me a copy, I could ask questions and even create my own polls!
My first thought when Whova was presented to upload was "OMG another app I will never use" but boy was I wrong! I could even link my business card and my Linked In information. Another thing I didn't have to lug around during the sessions. Very impressive!

As an attendee, I used the Whova app at the [...] conference in Austin, TX 2024. The app listed the Calendar of Events, allowed me to select which offerings I wanted to like or set reminders for, log Q&A and topic interest ahead of the schedule, and communicate directly with other participants. Very user-friendly and intuitive, it was a great tool that enhanced my Conference experience!

We use Whova to coordinate events, upload photos and video from the events, distribute event itinerary and event location maps. The product allows for event to be easily organized and allows you to track the individuals you came in contact with. The scan qr feature allows you to generate leads as well.

I think it is a great way to stay connected with, network, and meet colleagues in my industry who are both attending in-person and virtually. I love how Whova has several ways for participants to interact and get to know each other. Adding the element of competition is also fun!

Whova was the app that was used for the 2024 COABE Conference which is the National Adult Education Conference. This app had the schedule and the class descriptions available to review and choose so that you were ready to attend the class on time. The Whova app was also used as a central location to pass along any information to attendees. It gave a board for people to communicate with each other. It had other features so that you could create polls (and have some fun).

I utilized the app during the NYAR conference. It is very interactive and effective for this type of event. I particularly enjoy the notes feature for the sessions I attended and the ability to have those notes sent to me after the conference was over. I also like that there are many options for networking as well as the ability to download information provided by the presenters.

We used Whova at the recent MARCON and SMRP conference 2 years ago. Both times it was great to set our agenda and to connect with others attending. The Contests are fun, and engaging. Being able to set up social events after the conference hours is also great to help network with fellow attendees.

I think it was a great resource, the conference was extremely informative but I never would have been able to get the time off to attend in person.

We use Whova for our annual institute. It is a great place for all attendees to connect to each other. They message, post and share content. It's invaluable for pushing notifications to the attendees. We've been using it for a few years. After the typical technology push back by attendees, it's taken off. Really useful and robust platform for our conference. We have 1000 attendees.

I use Whova when it's chosen as the platform for online/virtual conferences, as it was for the 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 NY-NJ Harbor & Estuary conferences. The main problem it addresses is the lack of interpersonal connections found/grown at an in-person event. [The] ease of use is a major benefit.

I used Whova at a recent conference. I found it to be very good and helpful. However, I wanted a directory of all attendees in one place. The way it is set up now, I would have to go into each individual person's profile and get contact information. Very frustrating and time-consuming.

I was an in-person delegate and panellist at a recent Aotearoan and Australian health conference that utilised the Whova platform. The conference was hybrid. As I've attended many international and national health conferences, I have experienced different apps and platforms to access programming, content, and connect with colleagues and networks. Whova has been one of the better platforms purely on the basis of engagement with conference delegates and presenters. I contributed to and participated in many discussion threads on topics of interest, shared research and resources with my peers - this kind of engagement hasn't been well facilitated by other platforms in my past experiences. I encourage the developers of Whova platform to focus on providing some accessibility options, such as dark mode, more detailed control over notifications, and text size - perhaps these features are already available and I was too overwhelmed by the notifications to find the accessibility settings. Finally, the chat function was very useful for meeting up with colleagues and peers in person, as well as facilitating new connections with the chat acting as an ice breaker so it was less awkward in person. I was also able to chat with online delegates, a handy feature.
