Vista Social helps me manage multiple social media accounts across all platforms so easily. Instead of having to sign out or switch accounts each time, this is the perfect all in one platform for me. The inbox and social listening feature are the most important one for me because it helps me stay on track of all accounts without having to sift through so much information and waste time. It's such a time saver!

Scheduling posts on Facebook and LinkedIn worked smoothly, and the email reminders before and after posting are a nice touch. Although connecting your instagram to vista social was a bit different process, but a proper guide has been provided to follow which makes it easier for new users to manoeuvre around the platform.

I first came to Vista Social to see if the platform was as good as others were praising, and to see if it could better my workflow, and mainstream my business structure. Currently I'm using 2 platforms, sometimes 3, to manage social for my clients. Vista Social really is an all in one platform. Not only is it decreasing how many platforms I'm using.. I'm also not paying for to use 3!

Pros

  • Automatic DMs. In depth auto DM features, more than just keyword responses.
  • The listening feature! Has a broad range, not just social media.
  • Love the evergreen posting feature! Make content planning and scheduling that much easier.

Cons

  • Instagram connection errors. I had to switch from a professional account to personal, back to professional.
  • Professional profiles from Facebook, not just pages.
  • There are so many features, a more user friendly home page.

It is one of the most complete social media tools I’ve seen to date.

Saves a lot of time to use different features: listening, DMs automations, AI content creation or reporting. It's really helpful.

It is a very powerful tool that could work for social media experts or non-experts alike.

Pros

  • The DM interactions are in real time.
  • DM automation is very useful
  • The listening tool is very complete with personalized options.

Cons

  • The "Find content" tool doesn't show personalized research related to your topics.
  • Once scheduled posts have been published, you cannot reschedule them to another date; you need to start the entire process from the beginning, creating a new post.
  • it works really well if you manage different social media platforms like Hootsuite or Emplifi.
