  • Backups up all Server Database structures completely
  • Backups up all Server Databases while those databases are still in use
  • Does not have any appreciable effect on Server system resources
Cons
  • I would like to see a slightly more improved user interface
  • A more thorough off-line Help section would be beneficial

  • Easy to use interface
  • Minimal learning curve to use the product

  • Dashboard showing success/failure of backup can be made straightforward with either green for success or red for failure
