Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is so intuitive, UI is great, and serves user experience, also it has so many useful features that really can improve your task management. With SmartSuite, i organize my work better and I am more productive at work. It is my pleasure to use this application for work organization.

With SmartSuite i organize my work better than before. It is so intuitive, UI is great, and serves user experience, also it has so many useful features that really can improve your task management. I did not come across any things during the work that are less suitable for navigating software.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use SmartSuite in my daily organization as all of my work is based on the organization. I used it to organize the projects and also one great thing- I can share it with clients as there is an option Share view.

Some features of the software are hidden

As I use it on daily basis, I love to organize projects as the app is good for it, you could organize everything on a high level so your coworkers could find anything they are looking for. Also good for clients, as app have Share view and it’s very helpful.

We use SmartSuite for project management, workflow management, and marketing assistance.

Pros

SmartSuite is easy to set up
SmartSuite has an intuitive interface with everything at your finger tips
Has a low code/no-code landscape for its workflow and operations management software

Cons

Excited to see more dashboard features to complement the existing dashboards. Sounds like this is on the roadmap soon.

It is best suited to be a google alternative for a google drive due to its multiple functions. Can add action items, upload multiple types of files and assign people responsibilities and tasks. It combines resource platform abilities with project management functionality in order to unite all your needs in one area.

I consider SmartSuite a useful tool for task tracking and team collaboration. Easy to use the service. SmartSuite user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. The capabilities of the platform are immense - from the overall solutions and applications to within the records themselves, automation, Zapier integration, ability to customize each individual report and view.

The customization features allow User to set up the report type and view exactly as they want, applying sorting, filtering, grouping options. The choice of the fields to be used in the records and reports is really wide - more that 40 various types (text, date, numeric, reference type fields and many others).

The customization features allow users to set up the report type and view it exactly as they want, applying sorting, filtering, grouping options. The choice of the fields to be used in the records and reports is really wide - more than 40 various types (text, date, numeric, reference type fields, and many others).

SmartSuite is a great management tool. I use SmartSuite to keep track of everything in my work and personal life. With different views and reports, SmartSuite is able to handle anything I threw at it. The wide choice of field types is perfect to keep all needed data in different formats. The Formula field is really great, no more need to use Google Sheets to calculate even huge data arrays. I can link my workspaces with each other using a special field type and set the most preferable view for this. Also, I'm keen on the Calendar report, it helps me to keep my day up-to-date without any inconvenience. You can find all the necessary features that you can imagine in your mind. And it's not the end - the platform is regularly updated with new improvements and functionality. To make my life easier SmartSuite has mobile apps (for iOS and Android) with mostly all the features web app has.

SmartSuite is a powerful tool to have everything you need to manage any project in one place! You can change the layout of your data in a click and work with multiple reports at a time. Creating records is easy and everything is fully customizable. The biggest advantage is an easy-to-use and transparent collaborative mode where everything gets saved immediately and one can see what everyone else is doing. Highly recommend!

The transition to SmartSuite is easy and the learning curve will not take much time. It's easy to import all the data from your current solution and just proceed to work with it with little to no effort. It's great for big teams because people can work simultaneously and do not interfere with one another. You may create as many reports in as many views as you need, switching between them is instant.

I use SmartSuite for project/product management as a software developer. SmartSuite feels good for this case since it has a wide variety of features at hand, yet it is rather straightforward. SmartSuite has a lot of field types to represent your data, as well as a flexible permission system, real-time updates, and a lot of options on how to arrange and represent your data.

But basically, SmartSuite works great for anything that requires consistent data storage and management, like project management, CRM, CTRM, ERP etc.
