  • Paperflite simplifies storing content in a single repository, giving content structure within an organization. By creating streams you are able to segregate content based on the content structure your organization has planned out.
  • Oftentimes the content created by marketing is not used by sales for lack of discoverability/finding of content. With Paperflite every asset is easily discoverable by a simple search feature. Paperflite does an in-content search as well, giving in-depth results and ensuring no asset is left unseen

  • We have multiple teams at Swiss and the collaborations help us seamlessly integrate multiple teams into a single project and execute our tasks.
  • The analytics module helps my team and me to analyze how well our designs are being consumed by our prospects. It also allows us to remove any notion of micromanaging our clients.
  • Paperflite collections now allow designers to share their adobe URL links with prospective clients as well instead of worrying about sending them across over email and hyperlinks.

  • Mail gating is one of the best features of Paperflite. The ability to email gate content really helps in-depth tracking of how content is being consumed. Being able to create passwords for sensitive content, helps protect important content when it comes to accessibility. Extremely safe and simple to save content on the hub. Creating personalized experiences for clients has been a game-changer as well.
