The LT browser makes responsive testing easier by providing a straightforward interface with side-by-side comparative views and mirrored interactions. We were able to test our clients' websites on larger resolutions with custom device options thanks to this tool. It works together with Lighthouse to deliver real-time website performance metrics based on the devices we like to test. It makes responsive testing very easy and now we can begin testing our web pages on local environments simply by adding the URL.
  • The user interface is rather simple to use.
  • Integrations with Jira and Slack.
  • Records the bug, captures it, and shares it with the team.
Cons
  • Would love to be able to test on the not so popular browsers.
It makes the communication between the team easy by providing integration with Jira.

We can check the responsiveness of the mobile website on multiple mobile devices parallelly. Although, they have the latest mobile device screens for testing purpose. I have tried 4 different software's before settling with LT Browser. I like the option of custom resolutions and its integration with Jira and Asana for bug tracking. Main reason is the mix of performance and responsive testing. Feature-packed software with a user friendly UI. One of the most important feature is one click performance report and side by side view with separate debugger for both the screens. It has provision to add device with custom type resolutions. We can also share the google lighthouse reports.
  • Integration with Multiple bug tracking tools
  • Test mobile sites with different resolutions and screen sizes
  • User friendly user interface
  • Slack integration for sharing
Cons
  • Geolocation feature is not present
  • We can test on only two devices side by side. It should be more than two.
  • Only 30 minutes access in free plan

I have tried 4 different software's before settling with LT Browser. I like the option of custom resolutions and its integration with Jira and Asana for bug tracking. It is not appropriate for these scenarios: 1) Geolocation feature is not present. 2) We can test on only two devices side by side. It should be more than two. 3) Only 30 minutes access in free plan. We cannot explore all the features in this time.

As a developer, I can attest that the LT browser is the ideal tool for writing clear code and advancing to the responsiveness stage of a website. The ability to test your website locally without having to install any extensions is one of the main justifications for this. Given that the UI is so clean and provides a device comparison view, this functionality has helped both our test team and me write better code.
  • Built-in debugging include the ability to modify and validate errors in real time.
  • Provides the option to build bespoke devices and more than 25 devices to test on.
  • Device comparison view is available.
  • Integration with JIRA.
Cons
  • It would be better if geolocation testing would be available.
LT browser is one such tool that my team looks forward to completing responsive testing. The team has found using the LT browser to test on the newest mobile devices to be a simple process. By just adding the URL, we could begin testing our web pages on local systems. It provides mirroring actions for two device comparison views.

As web developers, we’re always building, experimenting, or debugging something new over the website. Especially, when it comes to delivering a responsive experience, it just looks like a neverending battle. Thanks to LT Browser, we’re able to work upon client feedback and incorporate relative code changes on the website ,while ensuring responsiveness in no time.

Since it is a free offering, all our clients love it too, as they get to see how their website is behaving across a wide variety of screens.

We can take screenshots or record the videos and share them with the clients. It just brings better transparency. Even if a client is having any specific requirement or finds a bug on any resolution, we can rectify it quickly with the help of custom resolution capabilities and built-in debugger. It definitely made our job easier.

  • 50+ view ports and custom view ports
  • Intuitive user interface
  • Inbuilt dev tool and familiar element inspector (just like Chrome)
  • It is basically free, as it is complimentary with our existing cross-browser testing plan
Cons
  • We can compare only two view ports
  • Cannot download the performance report
  • Cannot choose a browser version; limited to view port testing only
It is great fit if you are developing a website and need to visualize code and design changes in real time. It is easier to share the progress and bugs with the clients and the team. Custom devices can help you be future ready if you don't have a new device but you can get hold of screen configuration.

LT Browser helps us find errors and problems that are not visible to the naked eye.

LT Browser provides incredible value to our team, it allows us to view, create, and debug multiple websites while performing capability tests, it has a simple and intuitive interface, it makes it easy to track bugs and report problems, it supports with many third-party app integrations, including my favorite project management tools Slack, Asana, Jira, Trello, Github, etc. It offers great individual tools that allow us to perform mobile testing on our websites and web applications. It works like any other browser, when we find problems on the website we take a screenshot or record a short video, which we can easily share
  • LT Browser is to create, test and debug multiple web and mobile sites.
  • Ideal for finding code errors and share bugs through our favorite project management/bug tracking tools, like Jira, Asana, GitHub, etc.
  • LT Browser works fine, saves a lot of time in testing.
Cons
  • It's a bit slow but effective.
I am a Software Engineer and LT Browser has helped us solve one of the biggest challenges in the web development process, mobile testing. Provides powerful tools for testing the responsiveness of websites and web applications. Thanks to its DevTools tool "that supports debugging" we can visualize the changes it makes instantlyand even get detailed performance reports.
