  • It makes tracking PTO super easy
  • We replaced a very expensive and clunky custom SharePoint intranet with an extremely cost-effect Built For Teams service.
  • It is super easy to maintain, leaving me free to tackle bigger issues in the organization

  • succession planning - well not certain of ROI for that because it hasn’t been implemented, but we sleep better knowing it’s in place.
  • Positive in general - always like software that’s easy to learn

  • 100% employee satisfaction with the request. It's very easy to manage any request and approve.
  • Easy to monitor available time-off and PTO's. We cut down 80% of paperwork and wastage of labor hours in calculating what an individual has accrued for their vacation and PTO.
  • The best part is transparency between supervisor and team member on requests for late arrivals, early departures, or missing work by recording it in Built for Teams.
