Agiloft is managing all of our hospital and physician contracts that we negotiate with the health plans. The primary owner is our department which is the managed care department of our health system. We work with legal, compliance, risk and security during the workflow of the contract. Once the contracts are signed and put into action, we are able to publish all of the contracts to our central business office. They are part of the revenue cycle and have to review the contracts from time to time. Especially if there is a question on payment or lack thereof.
  • Categorizing data based on your specific business needs.
  • Comparing documents and identifying risk.
  • Workflow management and visibility into state of things.
  • Reporting ( I would love to see Power BI integration).
  • Easier to design End User Portal.
It is very well suited to companies that really want to customize their CLM to suite their needs. Agiloft is very flexible and has the ability to do whatever you need. We have been able to categorize our contracts based on industry standards which makes it very easy to search. Single sign-on has made user creation super easy and has allowed us to deploy quickly to over 500 users. There is no additional charge for end users to view which has saved us when compared to other vendors.

  • Better ability to find the contract you are looking for.
  • Broke even within 8 months of switching to Agiloft even with implementation fees.
  • Document compare saves time and mistakes.
When compared to other vendors, we found that Agiloft was more flexible. When we asked Conga if they could add a column or field, they said it would take custom work and would cost money. This is something that anyone can do in Agiloft. Agiloft also offers the end users to interact with the system for free as long as they are not doing something to the workflow. Others, including Conga wanted to charge hundreds of dollars per user for that option.

The users range from the contract managers, legal, privacy and compliance. We also expose an end user portal to our central business office who is responsible for the revenue cycle.

We have 2 technical resources and 4 operations resources to manage Agiloft
  • Reviewing contracts to make sure they are being adhered to
  • Integration with some our internal systems like EPIC
  • Exposing a provider and department directory for end users
The current functionality is excellent and we keep getting request for more. Leadership wants to make this a one stop shop.
Yes
We had a product called Meditract. It was being utilized as a repository with no workflow.
