HubSpot CRM
Chose HubSpot CRM
I haven not chosen HubSpot over Zoho CRM, I just moved over to the company that uses HubSpot, and I am glad I did. The new company seems to utilise it a lot more due to its functionality and how easy it is to use it and keep it up to date.
Chose HubSpot CRM
Our team did use Zoho CRM in the past, and it was a user-friendly tool. It was cost-effective as well. However, we later decided to go with HubSpot CRM because it offered us some valuable features. Zoho CRM was not compatible or easy to use with our existing tools. However, …
Chose HubSpot CRM
We tried other product Zoho CRM before using HubSpot CRM. Zoho CRM was too hard for our team to learn, and didn’t work well with our other tools. HubSpot CRM is easier to use and fits better with what we need every day. It helps our team work faster and keeps all customer …
Chose HubSpot CRM
Our company was using Zoho CRM earlier but when our company started growing and started having so many clients. It was not that much smooth for our operations that is why we switched to HubSpot CRM and we are really happy until now with its performance and operations. So, I …
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM seemed way simpler and cleaner than zoho and Salesforce CRM, which needed more setup and felt bilkier for daily use. Pipedrive was decent for tracking pipelines, HubSpot offered better e-mail logging, task management, and a more seamless workflow overall. I chose …
Chose HubSpot CRM
Best value for money and clean ui with ease of use and something which is super easy to navigate.
Chose HubSpot CRM
Much simpler to set up (vs Salesforce) and much more usable than Zoho. We switched from HubSpot -> Zoho because Zoho was way cheaper, but you get what you pay for(!) and so we recently switched back to HubSpot. Everyone is very happy!
Chose HubSpot CRM
Free starter package and easy set-up. The first task was to set up a lead pipeline. After I discovered many more features, such as a ticket system, chatbot, and email sending in HubSpot, our team is using them on a daily basis.
Chose HubSpot CRM
We liked the automated marketing that is available in HubSpot CRM compared to other products. It's also very easy to create reporting and view pipelines for different teams.
Chose HubSpot CRM
Comparing all the CRMs, HubSpot has excellent third-party integration tools that can get you integrated with any native app within seconds and let you sync all the data instantly. The deal pipeline is well synchronized to help you prioritize deals and send contracts to win the …
Chose HubSpot CRM
In my opinion, HubSpot CRM had greater functionality than Pipedrive and Zoho. It's also more expensive. It's less expensive and easier to implement compared to Salesforce.
Chose HubSpot CRM
We wanted one platform to do both sales and marketing functions and have better data, analytics, and reporting capabilities. We also wanted a robust platform that could integrate with other SaaS products that the business requires to use.
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM stands out among its competitors in the market because of its comprehensive features of marketing and its seamless integration capability with other tools. Most of other tools in the market are lacking integration capability and they don't offer more features for …
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is way more unified and offers much more functionality in comparison to the other two. HubSpot CRM comes up with unique features like creating popups and dynamic CTAs for web pages in the same solution. It also offers marketing features like emailing and a contact …
Chose HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is more user-friendly than all of the above. It is far simpler and provides more data and reporting.
Chose HubSpot CRM
We chose HubSpot CRM as it was more user friendly, had a reasonable pricing per team member, and we can easily integrate with the other tools in our technology stack. Moreover, the reporting features was well adopted by the team and everyone can generate their own reports and …
Chose HubSpot CRM
I answered in a previous question.
Chose HubSpot CRM
Salesforce requires a lot of in-depth knowledge both to implement and to manage. I found it to be quite clunky and there was an additional overhead for any marketing functionality, that wasn't up to par.

Whilst Zoho had some good features, in practice the CRM was difficult to …
Chose HubSpot CRM
I did not personally select Hubspot over Zoho. I was using Zoho in my previous job. Now, we use HubSpot in my new company. HubSpot is more comprehensive when compared with Zoho; it offers more integration, and more room for customization (in terms of prospect profiles). With …
Stripe Payments
Chose Stripe Payments
We found that Stripe was much easier to have integrated with our site, as well as easier on the users when it comes to inputting payments. On our end, the dashboard and reporting are very easy to utilize and make it very easy to understand how our business is doing.
Chose Stripe Payments
Stripe is already integrated with Shopify so is easier to set up for your eCommerce site without the need for programming.
Zoho CRM
Chose Zoho CRM
Zoho is very similar in my experience to HubSpot CRM; it's arguable that it falls slightly short of the standard that HubSpot does. Having said that, for most organisations I would imagine that the capabilities of Zoho would be more than enough, for a number of reasons. Others …
Chose Zoho CRM
Zoho is cheaper and simpler but not that efficient as compare to HubSpot CRM. I think HubSpot has 100 more features than Zoho.
Email deliverability is also better on HubSpot in my experience. I think but it does the job though. It all depends on what you want to do.
Chose Zoho CRM
We required a full-featured corporate working tool, and Hubspot wasn't the most excellent alternative. We were guaranteed that Zoho CRM may fill up the holes in our earlier framework. Furthermore, Zoho is fantastically cost-effective for indeed the most minor endeavors, giving …
Chose Zoho CRM
An affordable, comprehensive suite of tools suitable for small to enterprise-sized businesses.
Chose Zoho CRM
I loved Daylite and hated to leave it as it was great but it didn't have a cloud-based solution and that was paramount to me at the time. I tried about 7 different CRMs and found that most of them had some really great features but each one seemed to be lacking some integration …
Chose Zoho CRM
We used to use Hubspot before Zoho. I think Hubspot is a great tool and contains a lot of very nice features, but Zoho stacks up quite well against it as it offers most of the same features at a significantly reduced price. We could also migrate our data from Hubspot to Zoho …
Chose Zoho CRM
Salesforce CRM would have been my go-to if I had the budget for it. Zoho CRM goes 90% of the way for a much decent price.
Chose Zoho CRM
HUbSpot Is not Effective . Even though it has all Option its not user Friendly to Create Report and filter the leads like that so i switch to Zoho
Chose Zoho CRM
Hubspot and NetSuite are much better solutions in my mind, I've used both and enjoyed both.
Chose Zoho CRM
ZOHO CRM is not as good as HubSpot but it is much easier to use than Microsoft Dynamics.
Chose Zoho CRM
We looked at both HubSpot and Zendesk. And we liked both of them. They had the right features and enough customization options to fit our use case scenario. But we liked the pricing and the flexibility of Zoho CRM more. The other really major factor for picking Zoho CRM for us …
Chose Zoho CRM
Overall Zoho CRM is great. It might not be the best CRM but if you compare the price difference, i think Zoho CRM does wonders. I ll not line it up in the same position with Salesforce and Hubspot but it is full full-capacity CRM. If they add AI capabilities and add more …
Chose Zoho CRM
We selected ZOHO over the above - specifically Salesforce - initially because of the price. Secondly, we do not have the technical expertise and budget to do a lot of customization at this time. So, we needed a product that had a good user interface, and that was flexible and …
Chose Zoho CRM
I particularly found HubSpot more costly than Zoho.
In addition to this, Zoho has multiple product options like Zoho bookings, Zoho Campaigns
in such a situation, it becomes very easy for us to use and track billing.
Chose Zoho CRM
I've selected Zoho because Zoho is very user friendly and not too expensive to use. It is a very good CRM platform if you're planning to implement and starting to use CRM for the first time. This platform is very good for the employee size of 10-100

Their customer service is …
Chose Zoho CRM
Hubspot is way too expensive. Todoist has actually made my life easier as I manually enter leads and actions items together. Depends on the person and org complexity. Bigger companies need a CRM like Zoho.
Chose Zoho CRM
We went with Zoho CRM because of the affordability and so we can increase our contact limit without costing us too much - that's the main drawback with CRMs like ActiveCampaign, Hubspot and Cloze - they get costly as you increase contact limits, so I feel they're more for …
Chose Zoho CRM
Using Zoho CRM has been a great experience because of its scalability and ease of use. As a robust design, the solution is easy to set up and comes in an out-of-the-box. This platform is ideal for small-to-medium-sized businesses looking for easy and quick growth. It is the …

HubSpot
I am giving it a 9 rating out of 10 because it has saved my job and helped my team to cracks very big deals. Last year, we were supposed to give a presentation to a client as we were about to sign him for a project. The client asked for our numbers in a real meeting, but we hadn't prepared them for our presentation. I logged in to HubSpot CRM and created a small report that included the relevant numbers. This turned out to be a very good decision for our company, as we subsequently signed that client.

We had a client who wanted a QR to use in their marketing, which enabled their clients to donate to us. It was so useful to be able to set it up, and we can track the views and donations received using this code. Another client with issues with our website wanted to set up a monthly subscription, so I sent her a payment link, which worked brilliantly. For clients that want to make one-time donations, it also lets the client choose the amount. The only scenario where we haven't been able to help is when clients want to change the card associated with the payment - whilst we understand it is for security/gdpr, it means they have to cancel and set up something new, which poses the danger that we may lose them as a customer.

Interfacing with our target clients at the correct minute is crucial in today's society. Another valuable include is its capacity to coordinated with other programs. It helps me in keeping track of the every day work emails I send to my colleagues or get. Zoho CRM makes it straightforward to consequence or send out information agreeing to our needs. Zoho makes a difference keep in mind individuals by means of e-mail and pop-ups, which dispenses with the issue of overlooking follow-ups and reminders. This not as it were helps within the organization of this incredible instrument but moreover within the execution of data.

Pros
HubSpot
  • Timeline view and conversation log is extremely helpful and an underrated feature; this is in addition to the entire user profile view.
  • Task management is simple but effective.
  • Deal and company tracking with stakeholder management inside companies / deals is very handy; we know what is happening even though we might not be directly working on it.
  • Gmail integration is quite smooth along with email tracking.

  • They are reliable. I can count on everything going smoothly with transactions.
  • They are accurate. I don’t run into problems with collecting the proper amounts or being overcharged for fees.

  • Hooks into our website and can import data from forms.
  • Has great automation tools built in.
  • Reporting features are great.

Cons
HubSpot
  • More of an integration issue I think than a problem with HubSpot CRM, but we have AirCall integrated for direct phone lines and synching with individual users for outbound calls. Opening Aircall to make an outbound call automatically generates a new client - unattached to a company record as an orphan.
  • Historical records with activities is awesome but when creating a deal it isn't always a choice to capture last 30 days of history. When it is an option and you click to add that to a deal you can see all the activity items and people who have done anything with the "file".
  • I would like to see more native options for automation.

  • It would be nice to be able to see my Shopify payments from my main payment gateway. I currently have to go to Shopify for that.
  • The ability to be able to offer discounted rates at a smaller threshold would be nice.

  • Need some way to switch a field type without losing the pre-existing data.
  • The settings controls should be broken out differently - I don't like that I can't keep some users from exporting all contact records (i.e., the entire Contacts module) because if the export function is turned off, the export function of Reports for those same modules is also blocked.
  • Frustrating that only 3 custom lookup fields are allowed per module in our license.

Thus far, our company has found HubSpot CRM to be a reliable service that serves its purpose well: a centralized business contacts database, accessible remotely, with a simple and visually-pleasing interface. Stripe offers a very easy-to-navigate platform with many different functions. From linking it to our website and accounting platform to tracking our payments, being able to issue a refund quickly if required, and setting up QR codes and payment links for subscriptions or one-time donations, it really covers so many aspects that we need and use on a weekly and monthly basis.

The methodology of the 'out of the box' user interface is fairly easy to learn. In some cases however, the interface is not consistent throughout the software. Upgrades to the interface has certainly improved some of this--- but now we are seeing the same kinds of inconsistencies across Zoho apps, particularly those more recently added to their platform. This issue is not major in that everybody on staff seems able to learn how to work the programs--- it's just annoying and less than efficient when inconsistent user interfaces or inconsistent terms are used in the programs and/or the requisite documentation.

In my many years using Zoho, I think there were only 1 or 2 days when there was something happening and I was not able to log in. Sure, it wasn't fun and we all panicked a bit, but right after that, all was well and work-life continued. Being cloud based, I'm never worried about losing my iPhone, iPad or Laptop as I know I can log in anywhere on any device and workflow won't stop.

I don't recall every having any issues with a page not loading due to it being a Zoho issue. Anytime I've had any issues with something being wonky, I clear cache and that has always solved the problem. Or a simply computer reboot and we're back, hard at work. Look, I don't expect any product to delivery 100%, 100% of the time but if I had any consistent ongoing issues, I would have left many years ago. I still keep my eyes open to what is new but after a quick evaluation, I know Zoho will long be my home.

Stripe's support is nearly perfect – great attention to detail, fast response times, and a willingness to really dig into issues and get to the bottom of them. In the five years we've been using Stripe, the only negative thing I can say about their customer support is that it seems like there has been a slight shift to less technical front-line support agents, which means it's more likely your issue will have to be escalated before you get more information. This, however, has happened as Stripe rolled out more real-time support features like call and chat, and that really isn't workable if you're escalating everything right off the bat. It's absolutely an acceptable trade-off.

We've been using Hubspot for years and don't foresee making any changes away from it. It has been fully integrated into how our business operates. We ultimately selected HubSpot CRM because it had all the features and functions that our marketing, sales, and operations teams wanted. And it offered those features and functions at the right price point for our organization.

Stripe
Stripe is easier to use and offers better support and rates. My favorite part with Stripe is probably their ready-to-use plug-in that's offered for me. We have multiple eCommerce stores and we rely on our payment process going smoothly. The plug-in from Stripe is free, constantly updated, secure, and very easy to implement.

Stripe
  • It makes getting money from your clients really easy
  • It gives your clients the guarantee that their payment information is totally secure and confidentially used and kept
  • It is very easy to integrate with online assets of the company
  • In a couple of occasions, some companies have wanted me to use Stripe for them to pay me, and I have had a couple of hiccups. This was more related to the way that these companies set up the Stripe integration of my account to their platform. In both cases, the integration has not been possible and to this date, I still do not know why with exactitude.
  • As I said before, the commissions kept by Stripe could be lower, and shared with the CC companies, rather than having us clients pay for all of o it.
