During our evaluation and research we really like LearnUpon and Lessonly but Absorb LMS came out on top with the ease of use and familiarity to our team and cost!
Absorb LMS did the best job at meeting our overall list of requirements for a LMS. It was also the top contender when it came to a customer service plan and how the support worked. Absorb was a more affordable option that many of the other apps we evaluated.
Absorb is much easier to navigate! I was not a part of the selection process of Absorb for our company, so cannot provide feedback on that piece of the question.
The account managers have always been great, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. The software does the job we need it to. There can always be improvements, but because the Instructional Designers (two of us) manage the LMS, create courses, and resolve tickets for clients, there really isn't time for us to use more functions.
Customer Service - Our CSM, Kirsten Spak, provides friendly, timely and high quality help and has helps us to understand and efficiently use the system.
Course Creation - We have been able to create custom courses with a wide range of features, including branding, audio, video and assessments.
Reporting - Absorb LMS offers a robust reporting function which allows us to understand our users and meet the needs of our partners when user information is required for their projects.
Reporting: some custom reports we need have to be built on the backend and we can't do ourselves- e.g. have to put in a request to the client success team.
Surveys/Course evaluations/assessments: can't edit these after the courses go live without losing some data from learners who've already completed them. Also have to click 'submit' after each evaluation item instead of just once at the bottom of the page.
Character limits: some object lessons have character limits (e.g. the 'Description' box- only allows 4000 characters.
We have no plans to move away from Absorb at this time. It has all of the functionality we are looking for in a learning management system and we have a lot of info stored in our LMS system for trainings including all of our current and past employee transcripts. It is also getting easier to manager with being able to connect the LMS to ADP to update employee reporting/department/location/etc. We don't have a need or reason to move away from Absorb at this time.
I know the support team is hard at work! We are currently dealing with a confusing issue where our buttons don't connect to the pages we assign them, and they have been looking into this for a number of weeks. I hope they will unravel the issue soon so we can role out our modules!

Docebo was the runner up in our LMS selection process and I spent significant time chatting with the team at Docebo. It seemed like a strong competitor to Aborb. Ultimately, Absorb was both slightly more cost-efficient for our scenario.
