Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

I use Zoominfo to research existing customers and prospect for new customers. I find it usually up to date and concise, and I continually update my company's CRM database to reflect new information as I discover it. The only downside is that sometimes it is a little out of date on personnel.

Pros

  • List contacts by position
  • Find companies located in different geos
  • Provides accurate contact info

Cons

  • Be more up to date on personnel
  • Find alternative names for companies when searching
  • Improve navigation
  • It is a good investment for us.
Zoominfo is a better source for info.
It works extremely well in a reseller/VAR environment or any company with a strategic sales force.
