Great for creating a large resume pool, has some issues with filling roles too specific
Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
ZipRecruiter is one of our two primary job posting sites. It is used by the Talent Recruitment department to source candidates. It fairly successfully does this.

As compared to Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter certainly brings in a higher volume of candidates. However, Glassdoor on the other hand, brings in a much higher quality of candidate on average, even if there aren't nearly as many. LinkedIn does not even bring in the volume of candidates that Glassdoor does. However, LinkedIn is superb for sourcing candidates, something it does even better than ZipRecruiter. Additionally, both Glassdoor and LinkedIn are excellent at allowing companies to establish and develop their brand, which ZipRecruiter does not do nearly as effectively.
