Whole of UK organisation, for travel and business staff expenses.

Pros

  • Expenses processing.
  • Attach scanned copy of invoices.
  • Mobile application.

Cons

  • Longer field for claim title.
  • Easier to record expenses that manual system.
  • Easier to record and store data.
Navigation from screen to screen is not always clear until you have used the system a few times.

Can easily see status of the approval state for the claim authorisation process.
Cannot not drag the size of columns windows when viewing the My Claim screen, so the list of claims title a cut short in the text.

Using Webexpenses

105 - All business functions. Used for travel expenses mostly but all incidental or out of pocket expenses.
2 - Webexpenses is managed by the Finance teams member with one dedicated person responsible for the day to day management and processing of transaction but another person in support.
  • The handling of cash to cover out of pocket employee expenses.
  • The handling of credit card transaction
  • The logging of expenses receipts
  • Foreign currency issuing

  • Identifying which fields are compulsory for completion when infrequent use
  • Field completion is less of an issue if frequent user.
