Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Since we are a global company, we use it to collaborate with other teams in the US and EMEA regions. I use it for handing off cases to the next shifts. I also use it to brainstorm with my teammates on a case. It became a tool to collaborate with each other.
- Team Meetings
- Hotline calls
- Can share screen
- Audio and video calling
- Latency when screen sharing
- Annotate tool
- Sometimes Webex Calling has delays
- We were able to investigate a task with flying colors
- Client trust increased
- Security increased
It does its job. Especially for calls that need confidentiality, it is easy to create a meeting room open only for certain people. Though I noticed that there are some settings I hoped are only available to the host such as putting someone on the spotlight or muting and unmuting. I noticed that it was open for everyone. However, other than that, Webex Calling works great. I don't have any complaints overall.
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
We opted for Webex Calling because it is more secure than the other platforms. Also, when in calls, it does not have a limit for the number of people we have, I experienced in the other platforms that there is a time limit on the calls you can make depending on the number of people that joined, which is a hassle for us.
