Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use Webex App to operate our day-to-day business and communicate with our team via Chat, Calls, or both as required because the team is segregated in different geographical locations.
Webex App is our primary source of communication and we also use this for tech-related issues via different spaces to resolve our technical issues, Share process updates, scheduling meetings.

  • Create spaces for better communication with the team
  • Segregating sections like Messages, People, Content, Schedule and +apps
  • Schedule call directly from Webex App
  • Giving space to put your personal things for yourself

  • Hide your message in notification

I have used multiple applications for communication purposes but all of them were selected by my client and I don't have any options to use them everyone has some features that are better and others and everyone has scope for improvement as well. Webex App, Teams, Google Chat, Zoom and Slack I have used of them.

Webex App is a well-known app and I have used it for a long time. Initially, I was only using its chat feature but recently we started using the call feature as well I see some lag in calling quality, setting up meetings,s and calendar view. This all some pointers leading to giving a rating of 8.
