Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use it for one on one communication, internal team communication/Spaces and collaboration, communication with Cisco and other partners, persistent chat, Webex Meetings, and internal calling. It is our go-to application for communication that used to take place in Jabber/IM/Text, email, and phone. It is so easy to be able to reach out to someone by IM, escalate to a live voice conversation, and then to a full WebEx when needed, without having to leave the application.
Pros
- Replaces multiple other communication applications
- Simple to use and very intuitive
- Great for quick communication
- Full team/group communication with persistent content
Cons
- Haven't used the Apps integration yet, not familiar with it yet.
- I don't know that information for our company, but it has had a significant impact on multiple organizations I have supported. Different reasons for different customers.
The biggest strength that the WebEx App has against MS Teams, is the meeting experience. The WebEx Meeting experience is the best in the industry and with the App tied in with Webex Meetings and also all of the best in breed Cisco UC abilities, make it an invaluable tool.

Using Webex App
Our whole organization uses the WebEx App. We use it for softphone, internal calling and some people external also. It is also used for 1 to 1 and group persistant chat/messaging. Alot of internal coordination is done using the app.
Not sure how many internal technical resources support our WebEx environment. We do have engineers with access to Control Hub to maintain our company WebEx account and provide support for users.
