Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

We use it across all of our customers as the main security for our networks.

Pros

  • Training is good
  • Software is easy to use

Cons

  • Nothing that I'm aware of.
  • It has been positive, it is part of our managed service offering
MicroAge, Red Deer, and Edmonton. We are very happy with the service.
Use it for customers and we have had no issues.
Easier to sell to customers, and implementation.
  • Cisco 1000 Series Aggregation Services Routers (ASR 1000)
Cisco is much more complicated to implement.
We use it for all customers.
