Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Prospecting, used for getting attention. Great way to break through the noise. Currently only being used by Sales for prospecting new surgeons or elaborating on quotes! The biggest problem it addresses is being able to create a pattern disruption when attempting to get the attention of someone who has never seen your product.

Cons

  • Moving videos from one account to another is a pain.
  • Video storage could be more organized (Example, folders).
  • More meetings
  • More visibility
  • Better way to visualize complex ideas and create a human face behind messaging.
Connected with Gmail and SalesLoft seamlessly, although, at times, when trying to share video with other sales reps that you have completed, they have trouble clicking thru them without messing up your cookies, still trying to find a good way to share them without creating that notification and messing up the tracking.
They normally get back to me within the day, or even more conveniently, send me a Vidyard explaining what to do to resolve my issue. Blair Gignac was my sales rep and he is super reliable to answer his phone when I call. He normally passes it off to someone else but still gets the job done.

Well suited for sales, as we have been using it to do the majority of our prospecting thru at least two different touchpoints. It is also used before a meeting takes place a few hours before to send reminders. We have also used it for recording training videos of content that is difficult to explain over email. I have not tried anything else.

    Hi there, thanks so much for the review! We are glad that you are finding the UI user friendly, and are loving the integrations with both Gmail and SalesLoft. Those integrations are definitely key as a sales person to easily be able to access your library of videos, or create new videos, right within your email or MAP. With our Teams solutions we offer folder organization which definitely helps organize your storage, as well as share your videos with teammates.
