We use the Survey Management platform with internal and external customers. We benchmark new teams coming into the quality program as well as using it for strategic company initiatives.

- Additional capabilities in case management exporting for a single user to schedule reporting.
- Allow the ability to set case properties based on surveys.
- Assist with trend identification which lead to cost reduction
